
Alejandra Manzano
Alejandra Manzano is an expert writer in architecture, art and design. Before finding his favorite work, he concentrated 15 years of experience in the field of editing, art direction, advertising and cultural communication.
Graduated in Fine Arts from the UCLM, she has always been attracted to the beauty of objects and spaces, and to people with a creative spirit.
He began working in advertising agencies such as copy, and, later, he was the director of a pharmaceutical laboratory and Social Media Manager of Fundación Montemadrid, Alfaguara and Santillana, who allowed him to combine his work with literature and art, his other great passions besides design.
After almost a decade dedicated to communication, she took an important turn in her professional career, making a place as a press illustrator, publishing regularly in media such as ICON and El Mundo, and publishers such as Espasa or Periférica. She has been a professor of graphic design at the International School of Protocol and, after completing her training in editing and correction, she worked as coordinator of art and photography books at La Fábrica. It has also been part of festivals such as Madrid Design Festival or PhotoEspaña.
Always looking for beautiful houses and things (including hotels, design objects or interior design projects), she has been a writer in numerous specialized media, including AD, Architecture and Design and Diariodesign. Those who know her say that there is nothing that makes her happier than traveling, learning ancient history, the voice of Elvis Presley and watching Casavettes movies.
