Sophie Ashby is an interior architect, designer and the founder of London-based design studio, Studio Ashby. The studio’s style is an eclectic mix of traditional and modern, with pops of bold colour, natural fabrics and a strong focus on artwork — mostly influenced by Sophie’s trips to South Africa. Renowned for her eclectic and colourful tastes, Sophie was named ELLE Deco’s designer of the year for 2023.
In the video, Sophie uncovers her creative process, sharing everything from her biggest sources of inspiration to the powerful impact of art. As well as providing simple design ideas, Sophie also tackles the relatable issue of how to incorporate a TV into a room. She demonstrates how the Samsung S-Series Soundbar and The Frame TV can easily blend into any space and resembles a piece of art when in Art Mode, thanks to its customisable bezels* and matte display.
